In my 25 years of experience, I have never dealt with a more inept, unprofessional, disorganized, atrocity of a linen company. Their product is inconsistent, damaged, and sometimes even in tatters. This month they just decided to change my delivery date without letting anyone know. I have some form of an "account manager" who is completely inaccessible to the point that I don't even know if he works for the company anymore. Can't get him through the office, cell phone, or emails. It's truly pathetic, and if you're looking for linen, stay far, far away from this sorry excuse of a service!
