  I've been there twice, and both times the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't want to get up to come help me. I had to ask him twice to come out to my car so I could show him what I wanted done. The first time was for my Ford F-150- I ended up spending $3k at Audio Tech in Lawton, and they did a great job! The second time, I took my VW there just to see how it would go, and that same big dude behind the counter acted like getting out of his seat was the last thing he wanted to do. He finally got up, and quoted me an astronomical amount for a subwoofer enclosure for two 10's. I ended up going back to Audio Tech in Lawton, and they once again did an amazing job! I spent another $2500 with them. So yeah, your customer service cost you at least $5500 from me ;)
