  They get no stars if there was such an option. I arranged for them to deliver a washer and dryer that said on the website it had a 90 day limited warranty. There was a $20 fee to "deliver and set up" which I agreed to. They asked if I wanted to come out and see it. I responded it looked to be in good condition, and since it had a 90 day warranty, I was not concerned with viewing it prior to delivery. The day it is to be delivered, I receive a text that says, "It is a 30 day warranty". I have a screenshot of the appliances that clearly says 90 days. He said it was a mistake. I asked why it was not revealed when I specifically said "since it had a 90 day warranty etc etc". Did not hear back from him. I tried to call, no answer. I did not argue. I did NOT cancel the delivery. Finally at 3:30pm (an hour and a half after the original delivery time) I get a text from the person waiting to receive the appliance for me. He was notified they could not deliver. You should keep your word, even if it was a mistake on your part.
