  Not impressed with their customer service! Ordered bedroom furniture and was told it would take 10-14 days to arrive at their location in Wichita Falls, TX. Everything arrived timely except for the slats for the bed frame (doesn't make sense why the headboard, foot board and rails would come at the same time, but not the slats). When the slats did come in and we arrived to pick up the furniture, it took almost 30 minutes for someone to even bring the furniture out to be loaded. I talked to them a couple of days earlier and told them we would be there on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to pick it up. You would think it would have been pulled and ready by Saturday morning! WILL DEFINITELY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
